The Activity screen within My Progress allows you to track your steps for today, this week, this month, and the last three months.
In the middle of the Activity screen, you can find how many steps you have taken thus far today towards your goal.
Below that, you can find the Steps charts. 1wk is the default chart showing steps for this week.
Upon selecting 1mo or swiping from right to left, you can find the Steps chart for this month.
Upon selecting 3mo or swiping right to left again, you will find the Steps chart for the last three months.
